Experienced nanny sought by warm, organized Metrowest family for multiple elementary, middle, high school age children. Core role is afternoons, ~1:30-6:30 M-F, plus 3+ mornings per week (~6-9am); afternoons-only considered for the right person. Responsibilities include wakeups, cleanups, pickups/transport, homework and play, light home management, and keeping busy schedules running smoothly. Occasional weekends and travel, always arranged in advance. This professionally run household has real support behind the nanny role (weekly chef, separate housecleaning, a second caregiver on busy afternoons and weekends) and a long history of multi-year caregiver relationships. Seeking calm self-starter with confident, kind hand for tweens, teens, and in-betweens. Clean driving record and experience managing multiple children at once required. Family car available. W-2 position with guaranteed hours, paid holidays, paid time off, and competitive compensation.
