Private family seeking dedicated part time local property manager to support their seasonal waterfront home. Extensive property including large main house, carriage house, garage/apartment, pool and pool house. In Season, regular visits overseeing projects/opening and closing property, checking systems, supporting home owners in long term property planning, assist with hiring seasonal cleaners, and prepare the property for guests/events.
Pay: based on experience and commitment of hours.
