A private family is seeking a property manager for a new home they are building that is approximately 15000 sq. ft. main residence with outbuildings. They are seeking assistance with moving into the house upon completion, the ideal candidate will have experience with complex household systems – geothermal heating/cooling, security system, etc. and will help clients become comfortable with them. Candidates who live on the seacoast are preferred but not required. Position is live-out.
Qualifications: candidates must have prior professional experience in this role and demonstrate a proven track record of success in a similar position
Compensation: $100-150k per year
