This position is well suited to an individual or couple who enjoys hands‑on work, autonomy, rural living, and long‑term stewardship rather than a highly formal household environment. A private on‑property 2BR/2BA apartment (ADU) with 2-car garage is available and may be included as part of a live‑in arrangement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Household / Interior Support
- Light housekeeping and tidying of common areas (or coordination of housekeepers)
- Organization of household spaces and storage
- Monitoring the home for minor issues (lights, faucets, basic safety concerns)
- Minor household repairs and upkeep as appropriate (or coordination thereof)
- Outdoor / Property Support
- Gardening, planting, watering, and seasonal garden care
- General grounds maintenance and organization
- Light trail upkeep and outdoor tidying
- Monitoring property condition and flagging maintenance needs
- Project & Vendor Coordination (As Needed / Long‑Term)
- Assist with planning or coordinating larger repairs or renovations
- Oversee or liaise with contractors and service providers
- Support landscape design improvements or property overhauls over time
- Suggest practical improvements to the home or land as appropriat
