This position is responsible for making all aspects of a busy couples’ family life flow as seemlessly as possible.
Duties:
Provide client service by demonstrating urgency, thoughtful planning, effective communication, professionalism and partnering with
other team members.
Anticipate principal’s needs and proactively recommend and execute management of needs
Run household/personal errands, household chores, routine household maintenance, and work with a team to ensure ongoing efficient
running of the home and principal’s busy lives
Initiate and complete special projects independently with sound judgement
Liaise with chefs, admin assistants, and additional household staff
Assist with general maintenance of vehicles
Provide access to and oversee vendors
Diagnose simple problems as they arise, including computer/tech. issues
Prepare simple meals, table service, and support special events
Conduct all duties in a strictly confidential manner.
- This role will include significant travel (mostly East Coast) and will require working a non-conventional schedule that will sometimes include working long hours and/or weekends.
Qualifications:
5 Years in hospitality,private service or event management
The ability to work independently
Organizational and time management skills
Computer literacy, including knowledge of Apple products
Flexibility and adaptability
Consistently demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
Maintain a valid driver’s license
