Our Fees, Clear & Simple
There are two fees, both set out in your client agreement before your search begins. Every placement is protected by our replacement policy.

| Amount | $300 | 15% of the employee’s gross annual salary, with a minimum of $5,500 |

What your placement fee includes
- A search led personally from start to finish
- Candidate interviews and reference checks
- Background checks: driving record, criminal and Social Security checks in the state and country where the candidate lives
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Help with compensation, terms and the employment agreement
- Support as your new employee settles in
- Our replacement policy
