responses, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Writing quality matters here; you will often be
the voice on the page.
Scheduling & coordination
Manage appointments, coordinate with outside contractors and vendors, and keep daily life running
smoothly. Liaise with the Gallery on North Shore as needed on promotional and administrative matters.
Errands & driving
Run errands around Boston and occasionally drive the principal to appointments, gallery events, or other
engagements. A valid driver’s license and a clean record are required.
Social media & promotion
Maintain and grow a thoughtful social media presence for the artist across appropriate platforms. Support
promotional and advertising efforts for the Artist’s Gallery — posts, event announcements, and
community engagement done with taste and consistency.
Project oversight
Help identify and manage outside specialists as needed — including a qualified art cataloguer who will
document the artist’s work and her late father’s collection. You will coordinate that relationship and keep
the project moving
