Cass & Company is the premier nanny, domestic and household staffing agency in New England. We provide personal staffing services to New England and the Northeast including Massachusetts (MA), Maine (ME), New Hampshire (NH), Connecticut (CT), Vermont (VT) and Rhode Island (RI) as well as nationwide across the USA.

In 2005 Cass & Company, LLC was purchased by Sara Cassinelli, MS, who currently functions as Cass & Company’s owner/manager. Cass & Co, is a family owned and run business.

Sara Cassinelli

MS Principal/ Owner

Sara Cassinelli, is a marriage and family therapist and educator with a keen sense for recruitment and placement of quality household candidates. Sara has worked as a nanny for many private families, and currently having her own family employs household employees. This experience coupled with a strong background in child development and family therapy, has instilled in Sara a discerning sense of the needs of families as well as household employees.

Mark Cassinelli

IT & Billing

Mark has been Co-Owner of Cass & Company for nearly a decade and manages all IT and Billing for Cass & Company. Mark has worked for nearly two decades as a Network Engineer, and adds a great deal to the team.

Donna Goodridge

Consultant and Client Coordinator

Donna Goodridge functions as a consultant and client coordinator for Cass & Company. As a veteran Registered Nurse Donna functions as our in house Elder care consultant.

Donna worked as a Critical Care Nurse and Nurse Manager for 35 years, and has joined the Cass & Company team as an enthusiastic addition to the team. Donna brings both unique professionalism to the team as well as a love for working with people and tremendous energy and enthusiasm for matching candidate strengths with clients unique requests/needs.

Nora Gilbert

Emerging Content Creator

Nora Gilbert joins Cass & Company as an emerging content creator with a strong foundation in marketing and is graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. With a keen eye for storytelling and a modern understanding of digital engagement, Nora brings fresh creative energy to the agency’s growing communications team.

Her background blends strategic messaging, brand development, and audience‑focused content creation—skills that position her to play a key role in elevating Cass & Company’s online presence across Boston and nationwide. Nora is passionate about crafting thoughtful, polished content that reflects the professionalism, warmth, and trust at the heart of the Cass & Company brand.

In her role, she will support digital strategy, social media, and multimedia storytelling, helping families and candidates connect more meaningfully with the agency’s mission and services.

Josephine Considine

Recruiter & Candidate Relations Assistant

Josephine Considine serves as a Recruiter and Candidate Relations Assistant at Cass & Company, bringing a joyful, thoughtful, and relationship-driven approach to every interaction. With a natural ability to make others feel seen and supported, she plays a key role in nurturing the meaningful connections that define the Cass & Company experience.

Her work blends attentive communication, intuitive rapport-building, and a genuine interest in each candidate’s story. This approach reflects the agency’s core values of authenticity, connection, and discretion—ensuring that every candidate feels welcomed, respected, and guided with care throughout the placement process.

Josephine supports recruitment, candidate onboarding, and ongoing communication, helping maintain the warm, high-touch environment that families and professionals have come to trust.
